We have expected this to happen based on the type of enquiries we have received from genuine people looking for property in the previous months.

There has been a slight increase in the amount of enquiries from property investors looking at the Costa Del Sol for investment property, this has been mainly in the higher price range of properties from wealthy individuals mainly from Russia, Germany and Belguim who are looking for long term investment. As we advise them there is no such thing as making large ROI on short term investment property in Spain.

Resale property on the Costa Del Sol is selling extremely well by comparison to new developments on the Costa Del Sol Spain not only have we been seeing holiday home buyers back on the market looking for well sort after resale property we are also seeing property investors seeking prime location resale property suitable for long term investment planning.
