Costa Del Sol property sales in August have proven to show a good sign of the property market on the Costa Del Sol is starting to make a slow but sure recovery. We are seeing a strong increase in the demand for resale property on the New Golden Mile, Marbella and Puerto Banus.

The long awaited price correction that has taken place, we believe has been the catalyst to the interest for many people who have been holding off on purchasing a holiday home on the Costa Del Sol.

Now that the price corection has taken place, sellers are more realistic about the true value of their property and are more open to realistic valuation and accepting offers from interested buyers of their property.

September sales enquiries to date have been excellent, so we are expecting a busy influx of serious people looking to purchase property on the Costa Del Sol.

August has certainly been a very good indication of the increase in sales volume of Costa del Sol property. We have seen a strong trend towards the higher end of the market. Our client enquiries and recent sales are up as spending is strong towards the luxury property we have on our website.

Despite all the turmoil surrrounding the property market globally, for reasons beyond this, we are receivng a higher increase in sales than we expected so not all is doom and gloom across all property markets. I am hoping this may be a sign of a long awaited market recovery not just on the Costa Del Sol but all well established property markets.
