Costa del Sol property sales on the increase.

August has certainly been a very good indication of the increase in sales volume of Costa del Sol property. We have seen a strong trend towards the higher end of the market. Our client enquiries and recent sales are up as spending is strong towards the luxury property we have on our website.

Despite all the turmoil surrrounding the property market globally, for reasons beyond this, we are receivng a higher increase in sales than we expected so not all is doom and gloom across all property markets. I am hoping this may be a sign of a long awaited market recovery not just on the Costa Del Sol but all well established property markets.
